About Dustin
I don't just help people feel better. I help them get there.
There's a difference between understanding why you feel stuck and actually feeling free. A lot of approaches help people make sense of their patterns intellectually, and that can be a valuable first step. But insight alone rarely creates lasting change. My work goes deeper — to the place where those patterns actually live — so the shift happens at the level of felt experience, not just understanding.
People come to me when they're ready for something to actually change — not just be explained. Most of the time, they've already done a lot of the work of understanding themselves. They've read the books, tried the tools, done the therapy, and learned their triggers. What they haven't found yet is a way through. That's the kind of conversation I'm built for.
Sessions are online via Zoom. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person work, and they give you the comfort and privacy of being in your own space while we do the work together.
